The Main Production Process of PVC Tarpaulin Fabric

1. PVC laminated tarpaulin:

It is made by laminating process, which laminates PVC film and knitted polyester fabric together.

2. Hot-melt coated PVC tarpaulin

It is the main coated tarpaulin material produced by PVC tarpaulin manufacturers. The PVC film is melted at high temperature and laminated into polyester fabric. In order to obtain higher adhesion, super glue is used before the lamination process.

The main advantage of hot-melt coating is that the production cost is not much higher than that of laminated tarpaulin, and its function is close to that of knife-coated tarpaulin.

3. PVC knife coated tarpaulin

PVC knife coated tarpaulin, also known as true coated tarpaulin. The PVC raw material is 100% melted into liquid, and the polyester woven fabric passes through the PVC liquid and then passes through the gap between the two blades to remove the excess PVC raw material.
