Tarpaulin Production Process And Transportation Method

Waterproof tarpaulin is a product that plays an important role in life and has many uses. There are two basic production methods. One is mechanical production with a horizontal machine, which is a heavy-duty large cylinder. After the tarpaulin is put into the material, it is taken out and placed on the belt. It is pressed and flattened through the bottom of the heavy-duty large cylinder, and then pulled Dry in the dryer, then trim, circle, and package.
The other is vertical machine production. Vertical machine mechanical production, the cloth is straightened and put into the raw material box and pulled out. The glue material glued on the tarpaulin is high-purity PVC material, and then both sides are straightened through the machine. Scrape with a knife, then dry in a dryer, trim, circle, and package. There are two types of dryers, one is electric and the other is boiler. Vertical machines have high requirements for raw materials, and the raw materials must have a certain degree of purity. PVC canvas produced by vertical machines is often slightly more expensive, and the purity of the canvas products is also high.
The transportation requirements for tarpaulins are as follows:

In the fabric room, if the consignee fails to deliver the tarpaulin on the specified date, the tarpaulin extension fee shall be charged according to the regulations. Any less than one day will be calculated as one day; if there is any abnormality, the consignee must cooperate with the dedicated freight line team members to unload the truck together. It is prohibited to cut or damage the tarpaulin and ropes.
